Product Description:

Xanthan gum is a biosynthetic rubber, mainly made of starch, appearing as white or light yellow powder. It is high molecular polysaccharide polymer made of microorganism xanthomonas bacteria after purebred fermentation, refining, drying and grinding in a particular medium under appropriate PH, oxygen flow and temperature conditions. 

Xanthan Gum can be widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, agriculture, oil drilling and other fields. Compared with other gums, xanthan gum has the following distinct advantages:

1. outstanding water-solubility and high viscosity;

2. unique pseudoplastic characteristics in rheology;

3. excellent stability in temperature and PH value;

4. a stable compatibility co-existing with acid, alkali, salts, enzymes and other thickeners;

5. a significant synergistic nature with melon and bean gum, locust bean gum, and other plastic type complex.


Food Grade Xanthan Gum

Food grade xanthan gum as salt, acid thickener, emulsifier efficient suspension, high viscosity filler, widely used in food, beverage, feed and pet food, can significantly improve the water retention capacity, frozen conformal financial stability and the taste, and extend product shelf life.
